Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency with teleconferencing software (Zoom) and adept collaboration with remote colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and independently problem solve while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a research team member.
  • Professionalism in interactions with collaborators, colleagues, students, and research participants.
  • Interest in public health, healthcare, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields – preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and administrative support for high-impact public health research studies.
  • Coordinate calendar management, scheduling, and lead creation and dissemination of meeting minutes.
  • Draft, revise, and manage key academic and regulatory documentation including progress reports and grant proposals.
  • Handle IRB (Institutional Review Board) and DUA (Data Use Agreement) applications or amendments.
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange among internal and external team members.
  • Support website design, blog posts, and concise news releases (preferred).
