Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of program evaluation and research activities.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop outcomes and indicators to measure success.
• Design and conduct analyses of existing program and administrative data to evaluate outcomes and processes; use predictive data analysis methods.
• Respond rapidly to internal and external data requests and communicate findings clearly.
• Present and interpret data findings to non-technical audiences and leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in writing technical reports and publications on program evaluations.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research questions and methods.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with other research staff.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Incorporate an equity lens throughout all work.
