Job summary
The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Bureau of Public Health Clinics seeks a City Research Scientist I (Data Analyst) to analyze clinical data and support program evaluation. Qualifications
- Master's degree required for Assignment Level I.
- Doctorate or equivalent with relevant experience for higher levels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from BPHC medical records to inform program planning and service delivery.
- Prepare routine data reports for case management and quality metrics.
- Operationalize data requests and prepare ad hoc reports and slide decks with clear visuals.
- Produce standardized annotation, data dictionaries and documentation for analytic programs.
- Contribute to program evaluation projects addressing equity in clinical service delivery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the Bureau and Agency.
