• Bachelor's degree and three years of professional work experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations, needs assessments, program evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of GAAP/GAGAS and government auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates records and performance of service providers for compliance.
• Acts as liaison to answer questions, provide technical assistance and resolve problems.
• Develops performance measures, collects data and prepares utilization/cost reports.
• Prepares claims and reimbursement requests; resolves cash receipts and ledger issues.
• Prepares requests for proposals, determines needs, and negotiates contracts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
