Responsibilities

• Leads, plans, and assigns the work of analyst staff and administrative support staff responsible for monitoring OPOP contracts.
• Oversee contract monitoring activities to identify inefficiencies and direct corrective actions and provide guidance to contract agencies for quality improvement.
• Develop, refine, and implement monitoring tools, protocols, and procedures to ensure full contractual, fiscal, and programmatic compliance.
• Direct data collection, analysis, and evaluation to assess contractor performance and identify corrective actions.
• Oversee reporting, data reporting collaboration with DMH program leads, and ensure timely information on contract performance.
