Responsibilities

• Analyze administrative requirements of LACDMH Outpatient Program Organizational Provider Agreements and monitor compliance.
• Conduct in-person site visits to agencies to review processes and support adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal DMH units to execute contract amendments and policy actions.
• Assist in developing standardized policies, guidelines, tools, and procedures for administrative management of Agreements.
• Coordinate with finance and program units to ensure alignment of contract requirements.
