Job summary

Dallas County is seeking a Public Health Process Analyst for our Public Nursing team in Dallas, TX. The role supports department programs by coordinating with community agencies, consulting with management, analyzing issues, and presenting alternatives to resolve business and technical challenges.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in health or social service planning, with one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
• Two years of health or social service planning experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong data analysis, research methodologies, and financial modeling knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with management.

Responsibilities

• Develops program project plans, implements project management techniques, and conducts regular assessment of program progress.
• Leads multiple project work teams and facilitates stakeholder/program meetings to identify strategic goals, objectives and action steps.
• Identifies, collects, and analyzes data; advises on performance measures and targets; refines models and methodologies for program implementation.
• Documents meeting discussions, recommendations and action steps; follows up on milestones and communicates project information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
