Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates records and performance of service providers to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
• Acts as liaison to answer questions, provide technical assistance, and resolve problems.
• Develops criteria and measures to evaluate service effectiveness; collects data and prepares reports.
• Prepares claims and reimbursement requests; reviews cash receipts and prepares payments.
• Prepares requests for proposals and negotiates contracts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
