Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Program Evaluator II to support Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen. You will provide technical and analytical support for public health program evaluations, including study design, statistical analysis, and preparation of technical reports and presentations.

The role requires collaboration with program evaluation personnel, data managers, study personnel, and stakeholders to ensure scientifically sound analysis and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public health, evaluation, public policy or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in the public health field.
• Experience with DoD health-related databases for program evaluation design, analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write/review statistical sections of Public Health Program Evaluation studies and prepare analysis files.
• Provide statistical guidance for study design and analysis.
• Develop analysis plans and specifications for files, tables, and figures.
• Perform appropriate statistical analyses in support of Public Health Program Evaluations.
• Interpret findings and prepare statistical sections of study reports.
• Collaborate with data managers, study personnel, program staff, and stakeholders on design, programming, and analysis.
• Maintain Public Health program evaluation documentation and supporting data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidance, and procedures.
• Prepare Public Health technical reports, presentations, and charts for delivery.
• Maintain security, privacy, IA, and training requirements.
