Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services LLC is seeking a Public Health Analyst II to support extramural management and analysis for the Office of the Director. This role involves grants, contracts, budgeting, data management, and collaborative program development within a public health context.

The position is contingent upon contract award and requires the ability to work with a highly educated scientific client base, including coordination across multiple stakeholders and adherence to government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience with government procedures and guidelines preferred.
• Ability to obtain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of grants and cooperative agreements, including pre-award planning and award documents.
• Provide end-to-end contract award support, including solicitations and evaluations.
• Perform strategic planning and financial analysis, including budgets and contract modifications.
• Maintain records, monitor compliance, and prepare reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with SharePoint developers on a portal for agreements, contracts, data, and budgets.
• Support CDC response activities and training as needed.
