• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluations of public health grant programs.
• Develop evaluation plans, logic models, and research questions aligned with goals.
• Create data collection tools like surveys and interview guides.
• Conduct data collection: interviews, focus groups, surveys, and document reviews.
• Perform quantitative analyses to assess implementation, outcomes, and trends.
• Analyze qualitative data with coding and thematic analysis.
