Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Program Evaluator II to support the Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen (DCPH-A). The role provides technical and analytical support for public health program evaluations, including study design, statistical analysis, and preparation of technical reports and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a public health background, experience with program evaluation concepts, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field.
• 2+ years in public health.
• Experience with DoD health-related databases and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Write or review statistical sections of evaluation studies.
• Develop analysis plans and specifications for analysis files, tables, figures.
• Perform statistical analyses to support program evaluations.
• Interpret findings and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with data managers and program staff on study design and analysis.
