Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC (GPS) supports CDC with process analysis, design, and implementation to boost efficiency and governance. The Program Analyst III identifies opportunities, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives adoption through training and continuous improvement.

This role strengthens organizational performance and supports CDC mission objectives. Based in the Atlanta, GA area, the position may involve work at a CDC facility or telework as contract needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Experience with process analysis and redesign for government or public health programs.
• Ability to assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience improving governance processes to support decision-making.
• Ability to develop job aids, reference guides, and training materials.
• Experience monitoring changes to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
• Review and update governance processes to support decision-making.
• Assess current processes in line with center needs and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-state solutions, including tech enhancements.
• Train staff on new processes and develop training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate implemented changes to identify adoption challenges.
• Develop process improvement functions and activities.
