The ideal candidate will have Kansas RN licensure, a BSN if possible, and several years of nursing plus grant-management or program-coordination experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in Kansas
• BSN preferred
• 3 years nursing experience
• 2 years grant management or public health coordination preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations, medications and treatments
• Conduct health assessments and screenings
• Manage grant-funded programs and budgets
• Prepare grant reports and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain confidential patient records and reporting
• Train staff on grant procedures and compliance
• Represent department in meetings with agencies and partners
