Job summary

The Morrison County Health and Human Services Department is seeking a Supervisor to plan, implement, and supervise a group of services and staff serving children, adults, and community partners. This role leads program budgets, monitors financials, and collaborates with county and community partners to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, grant administration, contract development, policy compliance, and preparing reports to inform decision makers.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in business, liberal arts, history, social science, education, or general science area.
• Three (3) years of County experience required.
• RN -BSN-PHN For Nursing Supervisor only
• Ability to pass all position required background(s) and testing(s).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise a group of services and staff under the direction of the Health and Human Services Director.
• Apply for, monitor and report on grants administered by Federal, State and other agencies.
• Develop and monitor monthly services with the team to ensure vulnerable populations served are safe.
• Coordinate with health plans, community partners and agencies on services to clients and develop contracts that meet client needs.
• Administer, develop, and implement programs to ensure compliance with federal or state laws or rules governing delivery of services.
