• Design workflows and strategic approaches to meet grant objectives.
• Support quality improvement efforts and track related measures.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to develop promotional and educational materials.
• Represent the organization at coalition/community meetings as needed.
• Exercise judgment to resolve project challenges and coordinate with partners.
• Respond to requests from senior stakeholders to advance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
