Qualifications
- Six (6) years of professional experience in public health nursing, community health nursing, nursing, healthcare clinic management, or related field.
- Combination of related education (BSN, Healthcare Administration or closely related) and/or two (2) years of professional experience to equal six (6) years.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a nurse case manager within CCLPPP.
- Provide consultation and education to clinics and providers on blood lead testing and reporting.
- Provide blood lead testing to children and adults across the state.
- Educate caregivers to reduce lead exposure and notify clinicians of exposure sources.
