Job summary

Department of Health in Monroe County is seeking an Office Automation Analyst to support IT operations, imaging services, and user support. The role involves configuring and maintaining workstations, managing inventory, deploying system images, and providing end-user training to improve digital literacy and productivity.

Travel between clinics may be required. The incumbent will work under supervision, comply with state regulations, and contribute to agency-wide initiatives and quality

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware/software installation, imaging, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory management and help desk operations.
• Familiarity with inventory processes and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and support workstation and peripheral devices in Monroe County Health Dept.
• Manage inventory - relocate equipment, update records, coordinate repairs.
• Create and deploy system images using SCCM or similar tools.
• Provide help desk support and track issues through ticketing system.
• Train staff on software usage, system navigation, and best practices.
