Florida Department of Health in Monroe County is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage user and device objects in Active Directory, deploy system images with SCCM, and support staff across Monroe County clinics.

The role includes troubleshooting hardware/software, coordinating equipment relocations, and delivering user training. Travel between Marathon and Tavernier clinics may be required. A valid Florida driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOH policies, and agency procedures.
• Experience with Active Directory management and SCCM imaging.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and providing user assistance.

Responsabilités

• Configure, install, and maintain end-user workstation hardware and software.
• Deploy system images and manage device lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot remotely or onsite and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Provide user training on software and system navigation.
