Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Six months experience in public health administration and program oversight.
• Three years experience in public health planning and policy analysis.
• Six months experience in strategic planning with performance measures.
• Six months experience in contract management and compliance.
• Six months experience in developing policies and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of grant management and control including expenditure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, supervises and evaluates health programs and staff operations.
• Prepares grant applications and oversees allocations and operating budgets.
• Negotiates contracts and develops program policies and procedures.
• Coordinates programs with other health divisions and advisory groups.
• Reports internally on finances, statistics and program outcomes.
