Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience with projects valued at least $300,000.
• Experience inspecting construction projects and coordinating with multiple contractors.
• Driver license in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Provide general construction and MEPFP engineering review and support.
• Manage construction projects and oversee repairs, renovations, and maintenance of DOHMH facilities.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for rehabilitation needs.
• Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and building systems contractors.
• Review plans and ensure compliance with SOW and city codes.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and wage requirements.
• Schedule and lead project meetings and on-site inspections.
