The ideal candidate has a public health/health data background, strong analytics skills, and experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Experience as a public health statistician or data analyst in government/public health settings preferred.
- Two years of experience implementing databases and analyzing results using statistical tools preferred.
- Proficiency in data coding, quantitative analysis, data mining, and data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the data department and coordinate data management and analytics projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytical plans.
- Manage and interpret data for initiatives like Strategic Health Plan and Community Needs Assessment.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Administer Salesforce including user permissions, profiles, and CRM Analytics data flows.
- Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and prepare reports for executive leadership.
