Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public relations principles, media strategy, writing for diverse audiences, and digital platform management (e.g., Hootsuite, BuzzSprout, social media).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard computer/office applications, and strict ADA document compliance.
• Practical skills in project planning and designing and delivering communications-related training.
• Strong decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and customer-service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, English, business administration, or another relevant field.
