Responsibilities

• Auditing and scheduling payments to vendors, providers, and other agencies.
• Auditing and preparing invoices and verifying accounting codes prior to disbursement.
• Reconciling and researching expenditure transactions, data entry, and processing corrections.
• Ensuring documentation for purchasing card charges and reconciling charges through state approved systems.
• Monitoring pending invoices for Prompt Payment Compliance.
• Maintaining vendor payment information and data across databases and codes.
• Serving as back-up to accounts payable team.
• Performing other accounting duties as required.
