Jobot Consulting is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist for a well-established healthcare organization in Florida. You will manage full AP lifecycle, from invoice processing and coding to vendor communications and month-end accruals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AP experience, familiarity with healthcare billing, strong data entry and Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. This contract role offers competitive hourly pay and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Accounts Payable, healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and invoicing with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage full AP cycle.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor relationships with timely inquiries.
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports on AP activities and trends.
• Assist in month-end close and accruals.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Stay updated on industry regulations.
