Job summary

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a Supervisor/Lead Instructor for the HFEMSD Academy & Workforce Development. You will lead investigator training, supervise staff, and ensure competency across programs, with emphasis on classroom and field instruction, curriculum design, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of relevant experience in health care in a facility or program regulated by the HFEMSD or related.
Combination of related education and experience in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Psychology or related fields may meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and improves investigator training programs.
Oversee training workflow to align with division goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all Preceptors, trainers, and evaluation of investigators and trainees.
Maintain training records and develop/revise training tools and curriculum.
