Job summary

County of Bucks seeks a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the County Administration/Justice Center campus and related structures. You will supervise engineers, maintenance, custodial staff, contractors, and inspectors, coordinate repairs, manage building systems, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include planning long-range maintenance, budgeting, vendor relations, on-call response, and coordination of special events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Trade school or equivalent experience and advanced proficiency in relevant trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineers, maintenance and custodial staff, contractors, and inspectors.
• Manage repairs and projects involving building systems, new construction, and renovations.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs and maintenance and track costs and materials.
