Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive responsibilities in facilities management/construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct planning and scheduling of facility maintenance and grounds activities.
• Monitor building automation systems and respond to emergencies.
• Manage contracted services and change orders; ensure work complies with project documents.
• Administer personnel processes and mentor maintenance staff.
• Maintain records, budgets, purchasing procedures, and equipment inventories.
• Assist with development of annual and five-year plans for the department.
• Coordinate with principals, external agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates to the Director of Operations.
