Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Public Entity.
• Proven ability to generate profitable new business and deliver underwriting profit.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Word and Excel skills and ability to use necessary proprietary software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Triage and review insurance submissions and provide terms and conditions.
• Prepare insurance proposals based on informed judgment and market conditions and laws.
• Manage the Public Entity portfolio profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with brokers and clients to articulate Everest Insurance value and service.
