Job summary

Everest Insurance is seeking an Underwriter for Public Entity to manage a nationwide portfolio, build broker relationships, and execute underwriting strategies aligned with Everest's risk appetite.

Responsibilities include reviewing submissions, proposing terms, and collaborating with internal specialists. 3+ days/week in field office and 20% travel across the U.S. are expected; bachelor’s in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to key performance metrics and controls.
• Attend external broker/client meetings to articulate Everest's value.
• Coordinate with loss control, claims, and actuarial teams to gain insights.
