Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a reputable K-12 school district in Richmond, CA. You will lead complex capital improvement projects, coordinate with the client, and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management within construction/public sector, holds relevant certifications, and can drive scope, schedule, and budget while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for large projects or multiple projects.
• Define technical scope of project and manage costs.
• Maintain monthly budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Communicate with client and produce regular reports.
