Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri, or eligible to transfer a license.

• Experience in criminal defense is preferred.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel clients at every stage of their case.
• Conduct thorough investigations with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Review police reports and discovery to build a solid defense.
• Attend court dockets and all appearances for assigned cases.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide services.
