Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri or awaiting bar results; ability to transfer license from another state.
• Willingness to work in varied settings and to participate in ongoing training (CLE).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients throughout all phases of criminal matters in Missouri.
• Conduct thorough case investigations, including interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend court dockets and appearances; litigate all aspects of each client’s case.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs; perform legal research.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
