Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal department with governance, securities compliance, and corporate records. The role partners with attorneys, senior management, and external service providers to ensure accurate, timely filings and documentation.

You will maintain calendar deadlines, assist with insider trading policies and equity awards, and help prepare filings, minutes, and board materials while preserving strict confidentiality across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting a U.S. public company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and filing processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information and deadlines.
• Experience with governance matters and board support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, filing, and maintenance of company filings and reports and other securities filings.
• Support Section 16 compliance and related director/officer information activities.
• Maintain governance and compliance calendars including SEC deadlines and board meetings.
• Assist with NASDAQ listing standards and disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, auditors, transfer agents, and equity administrations.
• Draft, review, and organize agreements and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
