Crypto Pro Network is seeking a Principal Accounting Officer to lead its first-year GAAS audit and develop robust accounting processes in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Looking for candidates with an active U.S. CPA license, experience in audit leadership, and technical proficiency in U.S. GAAP. The role will report to the CFO while aiming to establish the company as a public entity.

Qualificações

• Active U.S. CPA license is required.
• Experience leading initial audits.
• Technical depth in U.S. GAAP and stock-compensation accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the first-year GAAS audit process.
• Own the monthly and quarterly close calendar.
• Manage external auditors and advisors.
