firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a growing portfolio company with projected revenue above $40 million.

This role demands a strong command of US GAAP, close processes, and internal controls within a lean finance team. You will manage GL, AP/AR, payroll, and cash activities, while partnering with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting.
• Experience as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Experience with multi-entity or foreign currency reporting.
• Experience mentoring accounting staff.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or equivalents.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cash.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Develop policies, procedures, and review processes.
• Improve workflows, internal controls, and automation.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Oversee multi-entity and foreign currency accounting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
