Qualifications

• Public works estimating experience in systems integration or electrical contracting.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid site subscriptions and target bids.
• Engage with vendor relations for opportunity routing.
• Review and interpretation of specifications, plans, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate with discipline leads for labor resourcing and materials estimation.
• Manage weekly proposal review meetings.
• RFIs/bid question submissions.
• Manage marketing content and CRM software.
• Manage costing templates and costing metrics.
• Build electrical BOMs for costing.
• Management of AI based content platforms and proposal generation tools.
• Compile RFP/opportunity data pre and post bid.
• Post bid information gathering from customers.
• Routinely search for and assess alternative vendors and costing for preferred equipment.
• Manage vendor relations and other programs for costing advantages with vendors.
