The role requires leadership of a professional team, budget oversight, grant coordination, and strong community engagement with a focus on health equity and immigrant families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of program coordination and grant management.
• Experience managing direct reports or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Public Benefits Program.
• Ensure eligible participants are enrolled in public benefits.
• Coordinate activities between Public Benefits and staff and external partners.
• Develop and manage program budgets and fundraising efforts.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
