Chicago House seeks a Supportive Housing Program Manager in Chicago to oversee homeless outreach and permanent supportive housing programs. The role operates within a Housing First framework to help formerly homeless individuals and families who face chronic medical issues.
Reporting to the Director of Scattered-Site Housing Programs, the manager will plan, implement, and monitor services, collaborating with teams to ensure dignified, client-centered support and outcomes.
