Job summary

SGA Youth in Chicago seeks a seasoned program manager to lead multifaceted social services programs, ensure contract compliance, and supervise staff across sites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services while coordinating with partners and funding sources.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of management experience, knowledge of wraparound services, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel between sites may be required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in public health administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of extensive management experience overseeing multiple, complex programming.
• Experience in mental health, case management, and large multi-site facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all program deliverables meet contract requirements and submit timely outcome reports.
• Collaborate with program coordinators across multiple agencies and community linkages.
• Identify regulatory changes and train the team on key messages and updates.
• Supervise program staff and manage performance reviews.
• Maintain sound financial management of program budgets and oversee productivity standards.
• Develop and enhance relationships with community-based organizations and government agencies.
• Seek additional funding sources and respond to requests for proposals.
• Analyze data to derive insights and support program needs.
• Coordinate staff training seminars for staff and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all licenses and regulatory requirements.
