Qualifications

• 2+ years building partnerships
• Experience with community organizations in Chicago
• Experience giving presentations and trainings
• Experience with public benefit programs

• Excellent project, time, and organizational abilities
• Must have a car, driver's license, and insurance

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy to build partner capacity for public benefits
• Provide SNAP/Medicaid policy trainings and technical assistance
• Support case management and follow up with IDHS
• Maintain relationships with community and system partners
• Manage caseload for SNAP work requirements
• Ensure applications processed per DHS policies
• Track partner outreach and program reporting
