Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a reception area or call center with high-volume work
• Associate degree in Behavioral or Social Science or related field with six months of relevant experience
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience relative to the class concept

Responsibilities

• Assist customers applying for programs and services (medical, cash assistance, SNAP, childcare, long-term care)
• Gather initial information in person/phone/online and provide case status updates
• Perform financial duties including tracking, issuing, and accounting for transactions
• Use multiple computer systems to document information and coordinate communications
