Responsibilities

• Determine initial eligibility for financial assistance programs.
• Serve ongoing public assistance caseload to provide appropriate services.
• Perform administrative tasks with agency standards, including case file documentation on the State Computer System and correspondence with clients, DHS and the community.
• Prepare client requests for agency appeals and handle other duties as assigned.
