State of Missouri is seeking a Benefit Program Technician for the Laclede County/Lebanon Customer Service Center in Lebanon, MO. You will determine eligibility for food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance and interview clients in person or by phone.

You will prepare summaries and carry out related tasks to help residents live safer, healthier lives. A high school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of customer service experience or a Bachelor's degree are required.
