Job summary

State of Missouri seeks Benefit Program Technicians for the Barry County Customer Service Center in Cassville, MO. You will help citizens access food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance and determine eligibility.

Responsibilities include interviewing clients, both in person and by phone, and preparing summaries. A high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of customer service, or a Bachelor's degree, are required. Equal opportunity employer.
