• Equivalent to graduation from high school AND five years of professional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment with large workload.
• Related bachelor’s degree and 2 years job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Listens to clients, advises of available assistance and timely processes applications/benefits.
• Interviews clients, interprets policies and procedures, and handles a large caseload with competing priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to proper release of information.
