Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Public Administration, Education, Business Administration or related field plus two years of arts program administration experience.
• Knowledge of non-profit arts management.
• Ability to administer projects, contracts, and grants with good communication and coordination.
• Experience coordinating community engagement and artist-related activities.

Responsabilités

• Administers the Community-Initiated Mural Program and guides muralists through approvals.
• Supports Senior Arts Program Coordinators and Public Art Program Director on multi-phase projects.
• Serves as secretary to the Public Art Committee and prepares agendas/minutes.
• Coordinates RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and evaluation materials.
• Manages project milestones, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinates installation details with City departments and partners.
• Maintains project files, artwork inventory, and signage imagery.
• Communicates with artists, community groups, and City staff.
