Job summary

Brookdale seeks a dedicated housekeeping associate to keep the community clean and well presented. Under supervision, you will maintain lobbies, halls, dining areas, and other public spaces to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with directions and inquiries in a courteous manner. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of all public areas (lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining areas, restrooms) to present the community positively.
• Interact with residents and guests, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas under supervision to ensure a welcoming environment.
