Brookdale is seeking a dedicated maintenance/housekeeping associate to clean and sanitize gathering spaces, vacant apartments, and common areas to keep the community welcoming for residents and guests.

You will interact with residents in a friendly manner, assist visitors, perform light maintenance tasks, and follow safety procedures, including responding to emergencies and documenting safety issues. High school diploma or GED with some related experience is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience preferred and/or training in direct service with older adults.
• Knowledge of dementia (Alzheimer's) is helpful.
• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean floors and surfaces, and disinfect restrooms; maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and provide assistance as requested.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned.
• Document safety issues and follow SDS and safety procedures.
• Assist with emergency procedures and safety reporting as needed.
