Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing/walking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and disinfection.
• Remove dirt and grime from surfaces using appropriate solutions and labeling.
• Clean public restrooms and ensure fixtures are sanitized.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments and common areas as needed.
• Visit residences to perform basic apartment cleaning and restocking as required.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful manner and report concerns to management.
• Attend in-service trainings and on-the-job instruction as scheduled.
• Respond to resident emergencies per established protocols and support disaster readiness.
